Application
In practice:
Use before or after treatments to promote the regeneration and protective function of the oral mucosa.
For home use:

Put a tablespoon of oil in your mouth.

Move gently for 5-7 minutes , pulling it between your teeth.

Spit the oil into a paper towel (not into the sink).
