Application

In practice:

Apply before or after treatment to soothe the oral mucosa and promote healing processes.

For home use:

Take a tablespoon of gum oil (Gum Power) into your mouth.
Move gently for 5-7 minutes , pulling it between your teeth.
Spit out the oil (into a paper towel, not into the sink).
For optimal results, use daily – initial improvements will be visible after a short time, lasting effects after 4–6 weeks.
